These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Oneplane platform, including all associated services, features, and tools (collectively, the “Service”), provided by Oneplane Inc. (“Oneplane,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you’re using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on its behalf.
By using the Oneplane Service, you confirm that you are of legal age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. To register for and access the Service, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, and you agree to keep this information up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the Service in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You must promptly notify Oneplane of any unauthorized use, security breach, or other incident involving your account. Oneplane is not responsible for any loss, damage, or liability resulting from your failure to provide accurate information or to secure your account credentials. Oneplane may restrict access to the Service if there is a reasonable belief of a violation of these Terms or any activity that could compromise the platform’s security, stability, or integrity.
You are responsible for your use of the Oneplane platform, including ensuring that your content, configurations, and activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. You must use the Service in a manner that does not interfere with the normal operation, security, or integrity of the platform or its users. You agree not to misuse or attempt to bypass platform limits, quotas, or restrictions defined by your selected plan. You must promptly address any misuse, vulnerabilities, or errors in your deployments and notify Oneplane of any suspected unauthorized access or abuse. Oneplane is not responsible for any disruptions, data loss, or unintended outcomes resulting from how you configure or operate your projects within the platform. Failure to adhere to these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.
You retain full ownership of all content, data, and materials you upload, store, or share through Oneplane service (“Your Content”). By using our Service, you authorize Oneplane to process and manage Your Content solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service. You warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to use and share Your Content and that it complies with applicable laws and these Terms. Oneplane is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of Your Content, and you agree to indemnify Oneplane for any claims arising from it. Although we take reasonable steps to protect Your Content, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. Oneplane may remove or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms or compromises the integrity of our platform.
You agree not to use Oneplane’s services to engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account as outlined in Section 11: Termination.
We reserve the right, without prior notice, to investigate and take appropriate legal or remedial action, including suspension or termination of your access, if you violate this section or otherwise threaten the operation or security of the Service.
The Service may include integrations with, or access to, third-party services, software, or platforms (collectively, "Third-Party Services"), such as cloud providers including Azure, AWS, GCP, and others.
Your access to and use of any Third-Party Services is governed solely by the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of those providers. Oneplane does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the availability, accuracy, security, or practices of any Third-Party Service.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with any applicable agreements with Third-Party Services. We encourage you to read and understand their legal and privacy documentation before use.
By utilizing any Third-Party Services through Oneplane, you acknowledge and agree that such interactions are exclusively between you and the third party. Oneplane shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or liability arising from your use of, or reliance on, Third-Party Services.

You acknowledge and agree that it is your sole responsibility to manage and maintain backups of your content where appropriate. Oneplane is not liable for any loss or corruption of data resulting from your failure to enable or manage backup options provided by the platform.

Upon deletion, all your personal data, project configurations, and associated content will be permanently removed from our systems, with the exception of activity logs and audit trails, which are retained for compliance and security purposes for a period of one year.
Oneplane reserves the right to suspend your access to the Service with prior notice, under the following circumstances:
Oneplane will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice prior to suspending your account, allowing you an opportunity to address and resolve the issue. During a suspension, you may be restricted from deploying new applications or using certain features. Previously deployed infrastructure will continue to operate without interruption.
Account deletion occurs only upon your explicit request through the Delete Account option. This action is permanent and results in the erasure of all user data, projects, and account configurations.

While we aim to deliver a stable and secure platform, we do not guarantee that the Service will be free of interruptions, delays, or errors. Occasional maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues may affect availability.
You are responsible for evaluating whether the Service meets your operational, security, and compliance requirements. Any use of the Service is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oneplane disclaims all implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Oneplane and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Oneplane for the Service in the one (1) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
This limitation applies regardless of the cause of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, and even if any remedy fails of its essential purpose.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability which cannot legally be limited, including but not limited to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
Oneplane reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time. We will provide prior notice of significant changes by posting a prominent notice on our website or via email communication.
Your continued use of the Service after such changes will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of updates.
